Downloading 3D Library

Hi,
I am trying to download the 3D Library and I keep getting the following error:
“Unknown error.  Please contact Superluminal support.”
I entered the “Name” and “Serial Number” that appear on my “AE Scripts account info,” but it will not allow me to download.
Please help!
