Aside from the node interface, how is this different from Particular?

Not trying to challenge anyone. I’m genuinely curious as to how this is different from Particular. I own Particular but I find this quite interesting so I would like to know why I should buy this over just using Particular.

There is a trial version ,try it yourself.
If you want to see some of the animations that Stardust can do, have a look at Support / presets , there is a sample of our presets there.

“Aside from the nodes” it s just impossible to compare stardust to particular without speaking about the node system. This is what makes stardust so much powerful than particular. Basically stardust has most of the features particular has (and even more). However it seems that Stardust doesn t have the quality render that particular has regarding the shading option for example or the motion blur. But its quite sure that in a near futur stardust will be the number one as it is only the first version, its just amazing how you can complexify things with the nodes system, really powerful and endless possibilities.
