Collect OBJ files

Support ForumCategory: QuestionsCollect OBJ files

I have an archive tool at our studios which basically does a collect/relink (similar to the “Collect Files…” command) and now that we are starting to use Stardust I want to be able to access the file paths of any externally linked .obj’s. With Trapcode this was easy because the .obj files were just footage layers, but with Stardust they seem to be “embedded” within the plug-in itself.
How can I: 1) detect if an obj file is being referenced externally to the project, 2) get the path of that obj file?

Thanks,
Spencer

Hi Spencer , The path is visible in the OBJ Filename param, going forward we will have an option to import the file into AE for collect purpose.
