I create a model and deform it (like your metal ball project). How can i place particles on the surface of this deformed model?

With the new version of Stardust (version 1.3) you can use the Model node and its deformers as a source for the emitter.
You will have to duplicate that model node with its deformers, and the connect it to an emitter that is set to obj.
