Opacity of Model

Hi, Having a problem once importing an OBJ file. I have added a Material Node and can’t seem to alter the opacity of the model in the composition. I can alter the opacity in the particle node however that only either turns the model off (Value of 0) or on (value of greater than 0). Have I missed something?

Hello, 
I have the same problem. I have an OBJ file (not from the library) and I wanted to do transparent material. But itsn’t works in the material Node.

Same here.  Looking to do random opacity or any opacity/transparency and I’m. It seeing any results
