Replica does not follow spline

I have a spline set up with lights but when I add a replica to the tree the result does not follow the spline. This issue can be seen in the swirl pre-set. How can I get the replicator to follow the spline plotted out by the lights?

Hi, The Replica Swirl demo how to use a Replica with a spline, the spline only describes the path, it is transformed to the start point of the replicate. To see the path, you can turn on the ‘Helpers’ on the main effect.
