Stardust won't load

Hi there
I have been working through a project and have a few plug-ins loaded. When I add Stardust it does not load. I troubleshot back to Stardust as the project would not load with Stardust active but once I removed it, the project opened correctly.
Has anyone else seen this?
This only occurs on one machine BTW.
