This installation is INSANE and frustrating. 
I can’t believe in this day and age, I have ti waste an hour trying to install a freaking plugin, there is no support answers nor a video tutorial that I can find, that gives you the step by step. Come, guys… Sending you an email on the weekend and waiting for a reply for days, is not a way to run a business. 
Until you guys release a proper installation with the option to choose the selected folder, I stick to the competitors – I rate it #1 creative killer of this year, but definitely a promising plugin I would have loved to use for our Vegas Sphere visuals production.

well you can copy the AEX file into the right folder but than? When i run AE i see the plugin in effects, but when i run it, the AE crashes …every time. Frustrating

It’s not even allowing me to select the destination when i try to install it and i own two licenses pls help

2024 not working at all. Absolutely losless ((((

No 2024 installation seems to be available and comments say to email for support, I’ve been emailing for over 4 months and not received any response, seems new customers are not a concern & everything seems to be moderated to be added to the forum so there is no way to raise this and get attention for a response.

No response on the forum, email or social media…guess no one really cares or wants to support from this company.
